Karaline has been in the early childhood education field for over 16 years; throughout her experience she has developed a strong passion for children and a love of learning. She has had the wonderful privilege of working with every age from 2 months to school age. She has been a director for over 14years and believes that educators play a significant role in children’s success and well-being. Apart from the home/family structure, school experiences are the next most influential component of what shapes people as adults. She is honored to work at a Christian school where she can share the love of Christ and instill faith principles in children at a young age.
She attended Living Word Church as a youth and is now a member. She has a master’s degree from Wright State University in Early Childhood Intervention.
