The Discovery Seminar and Dream Team Training are cancelled for the month of December.  Plan to attend the Discovery Seminar on Sunday, January 11th and Dream Team Training on Sunday, January 18 both at 6PM and get involved in a ministry that has gone to a new level!

Broken trucks...broken lives. Everywhere I go people recognize my big red truck. The record still stands at 68 people loaded in the back...so far. The roads have taken their toll as each week it requires a little more work to get the truck out the gate and up on the bumpy roads. Two tires were shredded last week by rocks in the river. But wherever I go and I always surrounded by children. I always wrap my arms around them and tell them "Mweh remen ou"..."I love you". Many times we see disease, fungus or skin blisters on the bodies, but I don't think that would stop Jesus from hugging them, so I do the same. It might be the only hug they get that week. For everyone who helps us through prayer or financial support, I just want to say thanks. When I hug a broken child, you hug a broken child. God is doing great things here in Haiti, but I look forward to being home for Christmas. - Pastor Don

Do you find yourself checking your emails on your Blackberry while fielding your calls with the latest bluetooth headset?  Have you just rebuilt your computer for the 3rd time this year, simply because you can?  Have you built a home network and setup your old PC as a server just so you can have an excuse not to throw it away?  Did you actually understand the movie 'Tron'?  If you can answer yes to most of these questions, then perhaps you would be interested in joining the newly formed Technical Assistance Group, or T.A.G. Team.  The Living Word has been steadily advancing in the world of technology, a fact which is unavoidable in these times.  Because of this increased dependence on 'tech gear', we are in need of having extra help available from those of us who are... well, 'techies'...

Sunday, January 11th  “Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Pastor Pat will be dedicating babies to the Lord during our Sunday gathering.  Please sign your baby up at the Connection Center, giving their full name and address.  

Living Word will no longer be holding Saturday night services, starting this week.  So, please remember our only weekend service will be Sunday Morning at 10am for the time being.  See you there!
